rubbing a girl's vagina who wears undies with unprotect penis can transmit hiv to the man?
if no, what is your idea about this situation : maybe her undies be smeary with her vaginal fluid.

do you know why he recomended me to test? I talked to him about my aids fobia.
I test hiv-ab at 6 and 9 weeks (NEGATIVE) and now i will go to retest at 12 weeks.

HIV is not transmitted from rubbing with or without panties. You had no risk.
