28 days test

Hi

How do you count days when confirming 28 days test to be conclusive? I understand the guideline being 28 days, but does "at 28 days" after exposure mean 28th day so if something happens in the evening is it conclusive to have a test four weeks later in the morning?

Anyways, my case is that my possible exposure with CSW in Thailand happened around 11 PM on Monday and the test (normal 4th generation test) was taken at 11 AM four weeks later. So, it was 28th day and actually 27 days 12 hours. I was not able to go to the clinic at 11 PM but I went there four weeks later in the morning. It is 12 hours to fullfill 28 days but is it enough to have a test on 28th days?  My test was negative and I found myself healthy until I found this nightmare of counting hours.

You did not need to test in the first place and your negative test proves it

Or if I did, I wanted to make sure that I was not infected.

Well, that is hard to say when I have a black out...That is the reason I wanted to take a test and make sure that I did nothing with CSW who was with me.

You had no risk because you did not have sex.
