oh and please dont say that shingles can be the cause of many things. just like my burning tongue for over three months now.
You're full of more BS than a Christmas turkey. Anyone that has had chicken pox can get shingles. So move on.
teak, i knew you were going to say that ****.. yes i had chicken pox. but now i have shingles. come on shingles, this is a week after i took the elisa test. if i test now it should be pos . right. listen, me having shingles says it all. i knew all along that when i got exposed it hit my immune system hard, meaning that i didn't have antibodies. my cd 4 count is prob very low.
Seek help from a mental health professional ASAP. Shingles has nothing to do with HIV nor would it affect an HIV test. Go get some help dude.
please answer. i swear i read that shingles in very common with hiver's.
i better test neg after feb 12. my underarm pain still hurts also. bye
Where are your shingles located jon?
You can test all you like, you will still be negative.
they are on my inner bycept left arm. also under my left armpit , but not inside down some. listen the docter said he is not sure if it is shingles, might be a bite of something. he said to keep an eye on it. i am going back tomorrow to have them do a blood test to find out. they should of done that today but they did'nt.
i would like to know if it is shingles than i am pos . i cant belive you dont agree. i know you wont answer , because i dont have proof about the shingles. i will soon.
Oh give me a break. They don't do blood tests for shingles. If you have shingles a doctor could look and diagnose you. Plus you would be in a lot of pain. I should have known you didn't know what you were talking about.
So the doctor did not make a shingles diagnosis. Teak i've read many things about people either knowing they had hiv after coming down with shingles. Most doctors will prompt a patient to test for hiv if they are presented with a case of shingles. I do doubt that you would have shingles this early and i don't think that you have hiv Jon for what ever that means to you. Shingles are VERY painful by the way...
That's BS chapeau, like I told Jon, most people that get shingles don't have HIV and the only way to ever contract shingles one has to have had chicken pox. Your starting to sound like that Judge you have up there.
That is partially true, shingles can be found in people who have previously contracted chix pox / people over 50 years of age and people with weakened immune systems due to the hiv virus -or- have undergone cancer treatment Teak.
No one contracts shingles that has never had chickens pox. It doesn't matter if one has had cancer or any other disease, you have to have had chicken pox to have shingles.
Ahh, re-read what i just said -or- look up shingles, every post mentions hiv likely hoods within the post regarding shingles patients.
LOL, HIV has no specific symptoms. So whatever symptoms one has can be linked to hundreds of other illnesses. But it doesn't change the fact if one hasn't had chicken pox, then one can't get shingles.
