I went to a massage parlor yesterday. I wanted a massage only but 10 minutes in the chinese lady was massaging my butt, I turned around so she can massage my inner thighs. Well I ended up getting an erection. She went to an appliance where she kept towels. She brought warm wet towel and massage more the inner thigh that she just massage. Then she put the the towel over my penis and gave me a handjob until i came. I did not last long. Maybe 5 minutes max. I was not expecting this.

She stated that the bed coverings are changed everyday, but I am worried how many customers before me. I was there around 9 PM. So maybe a lot of customers  before me. She slight touched my penis with her hand when she was putting the towel over it. it must have been a second.

I am worried she did not wash her hands after guy before me. If she had his stuff in her hands then rubbed my thigh then got the towel put on my thigh to rub then my penis, would that lead to an infection? Also she BRIELY touched my penis with her hand as she was putting the towel over me!!!!!

She did not give me a handjob with her barehand. She had the wet warm towel over it. However, the towel cooled down by the time she put it in my penis.

I don't believe they changed the bed/mat coverings. I am afraid the towels were USED. If some other guys' stuff was in the towel, would I catch anything???? STD/HIV.

Other than that she game me a massage on my whole back.

I got home an hour later, I showered and used to different bar soaps to clean my penis. one of the bar soaps slighty burned my penis hole as I was cleaning it. As I felt the tingle while I was cleaning/rubbing, and later as I tried to urinate.

This morning I felt my lower back hurting, stiff. Now I feel burning sensation on inner thigh and the slightist on penis head. However, it is too soon for std symptoms. I hoping it is just low back playing tricks on me because I am nervous (but don't take my word for it).

assume the worst, the bed sheets were not clean, her hands were not clean, the towel were not clean.

This is an HIV forum. You did not put yourself at risk for HIV from the exposure you describe. If you have questions about STDs, may I suggest posting your concern there. I will tell you in advance, however, that your "exposure" did not put you at risk for any STDs.

New symptoms: My back low back feels weak with pain. I put a heat pad on it. I feel a burning/radiating pain down my thighs, buttocks and slightly on my groin. I felt my butt cheek muscles twitch. I also felt the area between ball sack and butthole twich. And today I felt the very lightest burning sensation on urine.

Like I said I did not have sex of any kind, i.e. oral, vaginal. She massaged my legs/inner thighs very hard with oily hands. Then she got a warm towel and put over my thigh then she quickly put the warm towel (now cooler) over my penis and gave me a handjob that last a few minutes. I worried on whether she had clean hands (perhaps from the previous guy, she admitted she does this customers). I believe the bed coverings were dirty.  If bed sheets were clean, the shorts they made me wear were clean. As stated earlier, I believe she briefly/accidently touch my penis with her had (for about a second when she put the towel on me).

For full disclosure, I have felt this symptoms before many years ago. When a doctor prescribed medication because a girl many years ago had given me oral (with a condom) but I still came down with symptoms. So symptoms are the same except they are (knock on wood) much lighter and this time no discharge (again nock on wood).

So that is why i am a little concern. I don't want to have false hope. but my back started very quickly (next day) after my incident. I hoping it hurted/weakened from my worrying. But don't take my word for it as there other symptoms. Currently I have no fever. But i am sweating in my inner thighs/groin  a little bit more. As I am typing, I have slight radiating burning pain in my low back going down my legs.

PLEASE NOTE: I am uncircumsized. I forgot to mention that. Above symptoms are not HIV related but could be something else. If I was able to get some form of disease in me than HIV could cross infect?????? I could have trapped an STD in under my foreskin??? Just wanted to make sure I said everything. thanks.

What infections are you refering to.

No risk for HIV. However sleeping on dirty sheets can be a risk of much more common infections. As for your penis hurting well a new soap might be the culprit. However no HIV regardless of your stiff back or aching thighs

Any other thoughts? My hip hurt a little this morning. I know my low back is tight and I s causing back pain. I felt  the slightest ache on my left testicle today.

Do dual infections occur?

To add, at the beging, they made take off my underware and put on some blue shorts. Assume they were not clean as well. As far as symptomes, please remember above: Stiff back, burning sensation in between butt hole and testicles, on legs and slightist on penis head. The incident happened last night.
