oral sex concern
c55
I could really use an expert opinion here.
I performed oral sex on a man without a condom.  There was no ejaculate but perhaps some precum.  While performing, I tasted blood in my mouth.  When i went to spit i noticed blood in my saliva...perhaps from an irritation of the gums which I had been experiencing at the time.  What are my risks of contracting HIV this way?

Help please.  Thanks so much.

None, saliva contains enzymes that deactivate the virus. Any cut in the mouth or anything like that would not give a viable route for the transmission for HIV.
