Worried sick regarding HIV

On the 26th of May, I hooked up with a 20 year old, white, female, second-year university student. She performed oral sex on me for about 30 seconds (fellatio). After, I fingered her, she sucked my finger and then I kissed her, after she had already sucked my finger. That is the only sexual contact I had with this girl. I did not perform direct cunninlingus on her.

After the encounter, I began worrying she might have had an STD, even though there was absolutely NO indication that she had one. Soon after, this slight worry turned to serious anxiety and I've now become a nervous wreck, worrying I may have HIV. I havent shown any symptoms apart from a slight sore throat, 4 weeks after, which went away after about 2 days. Im an anxious person by nature, so you can only imagine what i'm going through right now. I'm sick with worry!

According to the internet, I exposed myself to a VERY low risk, but I just wanted to hear the opinions of other, perhaps more educated individuals.

Do you think I should be worried?

Thanks so much for your reply. You've really helped calm me down. Part of me knew I was being irrational. I greatly appreciate it!!

well you are dead wrong ! ! !  you did not have a very low risk...you had NO risk.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

hiv is NOT transmitted from kissing, masturbation, rubbing, fingering, OR oral sex.

CLEARLY you can see that you do not fit into any of the above mentioned transmission routes.

no risk = no test
