A little worried.

I have over the last 3 months had around 10 sexual encounters with  csw in London. Most of the girls were Thai. At no stage have I not used a condom for intercourse , however on one occation I was fingering the girl in both her vagina and *** and then I used the same hand to masturbate myself. I'm worried  that some of the escorts fluids may have got into my penis, Could I contract HIV in this way? I have also received and performed oral sex on a couple of the girls. I have in the last three days been feeling under the weather with a general feeling of being unwell. Slight feeling of nausea, tired, slight sore throat. My last encounter was two weeks ago today could these symtoms be linked. Any advise would be most grateful.

transmission takes place when an unprotected PENIS is inside a vagina / anus.   it is not transmitted from fingering and then touching yourself.

if you have unprotected oral sex, or fingering, you have nothing to worry about HIV, and  very low risk for other Stds

No, none of these symptoms can be linked to sexual activity and are in no way related to HIV.

Neither oral sex or fingering are risks for HIV transmission.  It simply does not happen this way, you have nothing to worry about.

Given that you are sexually active however, I would recommend that at least once a year you get a full STD panel and HIV testing, this is a responsible thing to do for not only you but also for your partners.

In these instances however, there is no risk for HIV.
