IM TERRIFIED! Possible HIV ARS? HELP!!!!!!

Hi, i am a gay male, having a 8 year relationship with a man (a monogamous relationship). Early 2010 i became aware of HIV's and AIDS spreading all over the world and wanted my self be tested.  I have myself tested for HIV on April 2010 and July 2010, Happy to say that both came back non-reactive. Recently, i have an encounter with another man, no real sexual activity happened but he just finger ****** me. He put some saliva on his finger as a lubricant, after a few insertions to my  anus, i felt discomfort because i'm TOP and probably not used to it. I came after a few minutes but he did not. After a couple of days, i was constipated and my "poop" was really hard, and my "poop" came with drips of blood. I took my friend's advice who happened to be a doctor and advised me to take some antibiotics. After 3 and a half weeks after that incident, i had a low grade fever (38 Celsius) and a sore throat (having difficulties in swallowing even my saliva) but my fever went overnight, also with mild muscle pain and back pain and after 2 days my sore throat was gone due to some antibiotics that i am taking.

I sometimes had casual oral sex and mutual masturbation with strangers. But definitly nothing beyond that. i mean never had any anal sex with a man never ever did before.

Just an additional follow up scenario, i do smoke, i mean a lot, does that cause my sore throat too? or was that HIV? im just wondering why i got sick on the 3rd week mark, which is considered as the time that our body get symptoms of HIV. was this co-incidental scenario or was this HIV?

Does this indicate HIV ARS? i'm really stupid for letting this thing happened. I love my partner so much! He dont deserve this. well im having huge regrets on my acts. Please help me out, Does the fever and sore throat means  Acute HIV? I would appreciate your response.

Sorry for the wrong grammar, I am Asian and not used to English that much!

To summarize my questions.
1. Can fingering transmit HIV? If ever i have not noticed if ever he intentionally includes his CUM with his finger and inserted to my ANUS, intentionally cuts my anus to bleed? Does this scenario post a risk of transmitting the virus?

2. Casual blowjob with strangers? Not knowing the status of that person, we just had casual blowjob and mutual masturbation, but as far as i remember i do not have any mouth sore, does this pose a risk also?

3. i got sick on the 3rd week mark after the last incident(fingering) i had mild sore throat which went away after 2 days and low grade fever that went away overnight. Does this indicate ARS? symptoms usually occur 3 weeks after possible exposure, this terrifies me a lot!

please help me to continue living my life.... im really terrified cant eat cant sleep... any answers would be very much appreciated... please enlighten me

Just an additional information mam, if ever he included his cum on his finger then inserted into my anus, would the HIV or SEMEN became inactive quickly as it adopts to the environment and were exposed to elements like air? Please i need your help.... im really terrified.

With your last comment, did u conclude that HIV was indeed transmitted>?

sorry but i think your interpretation was wrong. Can u consider fingering as an UNPROTECTED anal intercourse? i cant get your point.

sorry but i think you got me wring. sorry for my poor english.

I was fingered, suspecting that that guy included his semen in his finger then inserted to my anus. breaking the tissues on my anus that might cause bleeding. Because after few days, i got constipated and there was blood in my poop. so my question was, will HIV be transmitted in this way? i dont know if bleeding during pooping was caused by his finger insertion or constipation.

you were fingered and passed some blood...so your dr prescribed an antibiotic?  WOW

SEXUALLY SPEAKING...hiv is transmitted through UNprotected vaginal / anal intercourse.
