question on oral sex

quick questions...
aids med says oral sex quote( insertive oral sex a possible route of HIV transmission? Yes. But is it a documented risk? No.) What does not a documented risk mean???
Does wearing a condom during oral sex mean absolutely no risk??

Oral Sex either way is not a risk. There are some sporadic studies which I have gone through, state performing oral sex on him with ejaculation involved, a very very low risk. However the quantum of the risk is too low to consider a test. Based on the viewpoint of the experts here at Medhelp, it is not a risk.
