rapid finger *****

hi- when the tester did my rapid finger prick test, he pricked my finger and rubbed the first squeeze of blood with the alcohol swab then resqueezed my finger to collect the blood sample. my question is, would the wipe of alcohol in any way contaminate the second blood sample they collected for the test? thanks

Yes to the lab test using a vein and yes to the accuracy. Alcohol won't affect the test results.
