received unprotected oral sex from csw while having chlamidya

i week ago i was diagnosed with chlamidya and cistitis. all the other std came back negative (hiv and hep c b).
i was not treating it cuz didnt have time for it, but i was planing to visit a doctor asap.

i know, most of you guys are saying, that u cant get hiv while receiving or giving unprotected oral, but does the situation cnage when u got some urethra problems WHILE receiving oral ?
i am not a bad person, i was just drunk and stupid, i didnt ment to harm anyone (i mean csw by not telling her that i had active going chlamidya).
what do you think guys ? does on going chlamidya and other urethral problems put me in risk while i was receiving unprotected oral from person who LETS SAY is hiv poz ?

You are incorrect when you say most of you guys, because all people here will tell you there is no HIV risk from oral. We rely on the opinion of expert doctors, so there is no controversy over oral on this forum.
The zero risk from oral situation can't change due to different circumstances, otherwise the advice would be incorrect - and we would not give it if there were a bunch of hidden "except in these conditions" that applied.
Consider talking with your doctor if you can't get over the feeling that "being bad" as you put it does not affect a person's chance of disease. That is just a subjective fear that needs to be erased from your analysis of your health situation, otherwise you will likely always have background fears and not be able to achieve peace.

The only way you can get HIV is from an HIV positive person so your fear that the advice would change if she was positive is overthinking and you need to re-examine that thinking because it doesn't make sense  -  likely you are over-stressed and not focusing on the straightforward nature of your situation making it impossible for you to have HIV under any circumstances.

well ty so much!

so am i right to say, that even when i am having ongoing chlamidya (i just made an appointment on next week) i will be safe during receiving oral even from hiv poz person ?
i just heard, that chlamidya making hiv transmission easier, that why i was scared
Zero risk is what you had so time to relax.
btw, sir i have to apologize to you. i am not from english speaking country so i made i mistake by saying, that i was "receiving oral" (i've read on the internet, that this term means that i was the person, who is perfomibg oral sex, wich is not).
correct way of saying this would be - i was the inserting partner during oral sex with sex worker. and i have some serious urethra problem. does this canges ur answer ?
Reread the advice because I stated zero a few times.
