pls help me!
I almost had sex wit a lady, but my dick touch her vagina. Not sure if it touch any fluid but d touch was just for 10seconds. Dere was no penetration at all. But I began to have symptoms 2weeks after. Am having sore throat, bitter taste in my throat, slight headache and especially burning and cold sensation in my skin. But no rash. I had a 4th generation Elisa test after 40days it came out negative. dis is day 47 and am still having some of dis symptoms. Pls wot should I do? Am seriously anxious and worried
I'll just go for anoda test at 90days for confirmation.

You can get TB from sitting beside the wrong person on a bus but you don't test for that, so why are you testing for something three times that you couldn't even have?
You aren't a doctor, so need to carefully think about what I wrote above and why you are doing this obsessive compulsive testing.
Therapy would be a better use of your time and the benefit is it will let you live a happy life instead of living in an unreal terrifying world you have made up where you are fearful of things that don't exist.

You couldn't catch HIV from your experience since it dies in air, so your tests were a waste of time. Besides the tests was conclusive the first time so no purpose in checking over again. Try to accept the science and give up your HIV fears in favor of living a reality based happy life, since you don't have HIV.

Looking at the wide range you claimed, I find it hard to imagine some disease causing all of these things, and possibly all of them are just you tensing up and sweating out of fear that you are dying. See if they all go away once you stop concentrating your day on them.
