safe sex

i had protected vaginal sex with a girl
and i fingerd her vagina which was very wet ..later i found i had a cut on my finger it was open non bleeding with clots that i can see
if she had hiv am i at risk from this expouser ?
should i test ?

zero risk with the cut which looked deep but no blood coming out only blood clots
cause i squeezed later no blood coming out
