worried

I was playing football and  had a head on collision with another  person. My teeth penetrated his skin and caused a gash over his eye. my gum was bleeding a little bit after the contact. Should i be somewhat worried?

The chance of that would be very low, pretty non existent really, that's even if the guy has HIV which he most likely does not.
Don't worry, your OK x
