could do with advice or if some else as been suffering the same

hi i am a 38 yr old female, i have been suffering with palpitations for 4yrs , i had an Svt attack first and was in hospital for 3 days after, i have had palpitations and could cope with them but recently been having them and have been feeling dizzy with them , i am waking in the night with a cough and dry mouth, also feels like i am jolting when dropping of to sleep, if palpitations are really bad finding myself really tired and breathless can anyone give me some adivce on his as doc thinks it is stress

Anxiety and stress can cause palpitations and breathing problems. Did your Dr do any blood work on you? It might be a good idea to have your thyroid and vitamin levels checked.
