Constant Rapid Heart Beat and shortness of Breath

Hi, I am 29, male. Since last 3 months I am having shortness of breath, like I can't get a good deep breath, my GP and Cardiologist thinks its Anxiety as my ECG, Blood Tests, Chest X Ray, 2D Echo with Color Doppler and Stress Test all came back normal, so He put me on anti anxiety and anti depressant and anti biotics for Sinusitis (sinus x ray showed Sinusitis), BP is 130/80 to 120/80 with BP meds, recently I have noticed constant Rapid Heart Beat, is this all because of anxiety or what? I can't make mind calm, its just running with negative thoughts all the time

Hi. Sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Certain antianxiety medications will increase your heart rate. Like Effexor example. Effexor also raises your blood pressure.
So you may want to research your antidepressant. (it may not be related, but its a place to start).
