Please Help

Hi Doc,

I've recently began getting pvc's again. this time they seem worse and are taking a toll on my mental health. I'm worried sick over these things, and keep thinking that my heart is going to stop and not kick back in. I'm fearing that there is something wrong. I went to my pc and he increased my Coreg to 60 mg. I used to take toprol 50mg for years and it seemed to help, but my pc took me off a few months ago I think b/c of my bp. I've had the holter monitor and other stress test in the past that all came back negative.
I also suffer from stress and Anxiety, is there some sort of connection?

I don't think the stress and anxiety causes the PVCs but I do think the anxiety is what makes you worry about.  There is not a great medication for suppressing PVCs.  Beta blockers or calcium channel blockers sometimes help but not always.  If you can't decrease the PVCs, it might be worth trying to tackle the anxiety component.
