alternatives to beta blockers for pacs/pvcs?

by slarew, Nov 15, 2007 09:36AM
As some of you might already know, I cannot take beta blockers for my pacs and pvcs because I'm asthmatic, and even the ones that are selective screw with it pretty bad. I have been doing research on this and found people talking about taking magnesium supplements. I was wondering, has anyone tried this? How well did it work? What dose should a person take and where do you get it from?

I have been trying to eat at least a banana a day for the potassium and trying to eat as many things with magnesium in it I can, and I have noticed that my best days with these things seems to come when I'm taking in the potassium and magnesium.

thanks!
