chest pains shortness of breath

i've been close to passing out due to really bad  chest pains and shortness of breath,i'm taking lopresser and 81 mg baby aspirin what else can i do?

Not to be an alarmist, but, I would say to go to your closest ER STAT!!. Chest pains accompanied by shortness of breath is nothing to play with. I am glad you took the aspirin, now, get to the ER as soon as possible.

I agree, go to the ER. Before my ablation sometimes I could get a very rapid a-fib/flutter and my h/r would go well over 200. Whenever this happened I would get severe chest pains and on some occasions I would pass out. My EP told me whenever I got chest pains with my a-fib it was time to go to the ER.
