I was hoping you can help me.  I am a 29 year old male.  I weigh 238 and I am 6-1.  I lift 3 days a week and I run 6 days a week.  I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and he was telling, me that my heart rate is way to high when I run.  I only run until I burn 200 cal's due to the fact I don't want to burn muscle.  
  .  When I run my heart rate reaches 200,  but I don't have pain or troubleing breathing.  Nothing goes wrong that I know of.  Is this normal hart rate for someone with my stats?  PLease help.

If you are having no symptoms, it should not be a problem.  If you want to decrease your heart rate, simply decreasing your running pace.  You are training closer to an anaerobic threshold.  You will probably feel better if you slow down a bit.
