my heart was beating strong and fast without any reason

please help me,
i dont know is it a panic attack or other,
I've got a symtomps like these:

that things attackme:
1st at my classroom in uni, suddenly my heart beating so fast and juz like "boom-boom", but without any other symtomps.
2nd, the worst, i'm having panic attack at restaurant, i have my heart beating fast, cramp all over arms and legs, vormiting, dizzy, feel so hot, that's all
3rd, when i am in my room, the panic makes me feel like going to faint.

i am 19 years old person male, i dont smoke, using drugs or the other things...
i've been ecg, echo, x-ray, blood test, all are fine.

is that really panic attack? or something?
please i need answer for this.

I know exactly what you're feeling, I get those rapid heart beats,have since I was 13yrs old,and they are scary, but I'm a very persistant person,meaning I bugged my cardiologist until I felt comfortable, which still hasn't really happened, lol, when I get scared, I have panic attacks, my heart races,my palms feels all clammy ,than they get like ice cold, and sometimes I even get so scared my teeth start to chatter,like I'm cold, it's a really uncomfortable feeling, especially with the heart racing, it feels like it's going to beat out of my chest....I'm sure everybody's different
But if you're still thinking it could be your heart,because you know your body,or if you're still searching for answers,you could probably see if you could get a holter monitor,they have some that you can wear up to 30 days, maybe they could "catch" the fast rhythm, and that would surely reassure you and you would at least KNOW what you're dealing with....
And last but not least, there is a anxiety forum on here, maybe you could go on there and read some of their posts...maybe you could relate to some of their stories...I know that's why I come here....sometimes all we need is a little reassurance, wish I could provide you better answers....and we all are here if you just need somebody to talk to!
