trying to understand the medical talk on my report

Hello all. As some of you know i have just had a successful ablation for WPW on the left side of my heart. I'm a little confused though as i have been reading my surgery report and don't understand all the medical talk.
It says about AVRNT but does not mention WPW. So i'm guessing it wasn't WPW after all?
Also i thought i had a transeptal puncture, but on the report it says " transeptal approachto ablate AP not possible,Retrograde approach with successful RF application eliminating AP within 3s"
If anyone has a rough idea of what all that means then please translate. I'm sure when i see my EP Dr again in January he will explain but i'm just curious.

Me too. I'm glad. I wouldn't want any extra wounds.

The retrograde approach is when they go around through an artery to the left side of your heart rather than going through the wall that separates the left and right atrium.
