AGHbs positive, please help me.

Hi,

please help me with my blood test results


on a regulary test result ALT came out 86 ( 5-40) so I checked my viral markers for hepatitis, this is what it came out till now


- Serum Protein Electrophoresis = everything in order

- LDH : 203 ( <225)

- AGHbs : 167 ( <0,9)

- AG Hbe :773 ( 1)

- Anti HDV : negative

- Anti HBC Ig M : negative

- Anti HCV/Ac HCV - negativ

-Prothrombin time quick:

Prothrombin time : 12.7 sec ( 9.5-12.9)

Protombine activity  : 88%  (82-138)

INR: 1.14 ( 0.86-1.16)



after 10 days from the first blood test, I checked again, and my alt jumped at 110 from 80  ( 5-40)

today I took the fibromax test.

can anyone tell me how bad it is ?

I suppose they old method of testing, I only got your Alt and INR. Your INR is ok less then 1.60 is good but other test I dont know.

We monitor the following test every six months or so.

1. HbsAg in quantitative
2. Hbv dna
3. Fibroscan
4. Vit D

I forgot to type I also have : - Anti HBe : 5.34 ( >1) . I hope I translated everything ok..
