please, how far with that treatment
Unfortunately no labs is doing hbsag quantitative test here in Karachi. :(
Yep, these are the common sides of IFN. It's like chemo....***** the drain of your energy levels.
yes
chaughtai lahore labs
where you have done your hbsag quantitative test ? are you from Pakistan ?
dear mustthinkpositive
tiredness and fatigue
but dryness of mouth is better
Had dryness of mouth just for a day, 2 days after the inj
Plan is of 06 months and evaluate
See what happens ?
Just did the 16th shot. Bad injection. The syringe has blood inside after the injection.
Sides that are noticeable are fatigue and tiredness.
How are you holding up? Is your treatment only 24 weeks? Mine is 1 year.
12 inj down
12 more to go
Half the journey is complete
But its tough
Hey buddy how are u ?
any sides these days ?
Thanks a lot guys. your comments are a real help
Yeah try and get used to it. Organism will even up after 2-3 months and you will feel better.
You are now officially married to a bottle of water so keep that in mind you need to be with one all the time. Dehydration is a real pain, it comes down that you need to keep drinking all the time to avoid feeling drained out.
unfortunately that s the effect of immune activation with too much inflammation, a high vitamin d level over 100ng/ml should be able to lessen the inflammation effect and obtain even faster results
i feel tired, exhausted , headaches , backaches, neck pains , weakness, dry mouth , depressed, helpless
Yeah, I had that.
Just put plenty of water near the bed but that's not the solution either. As you drink a lot, bathroom breaks are frequent.
i am having severe dryness of mouth
have to get up a few times in night to drink water
What kind of sides? Can you please list them.
After 11 inj pegays
ALT 59
and HBsAg 18
No change in that
a lot of side effects of INF
Thinking of stopping INF
This week I will use my last 48th injection, I get tired fast and need to drink a lot of fluid to feel normal, sadly there is no HBsAg drop in my case.
Nevertheless this year went like split second for me. I think that is the worse thing about hepatitis, you loose your life thinking of the illness instead of enjoying it fully.
My advice is to focus on what you would normally do in your life. You never know when a random accident will get you too yet you don't worry about it. Same case here, fact you have hep doesn't mean you will die from it, its just another risk factor in your life.
Good luck with HBsAg kinetics!
How do you keep your morale high ali?
Just did 12th shot yesterday (around 100mcg) and appointment with the Doc next week.
We need to support each other in this forum as we are all in this together.
7th inj down
Many more still to go
morale is high despite of the fatigue
Its like a battle to continue working and the inj therapy.
Yes, I feel fatigued and tired. Energy has vanish for me too. I upped the dose (slightly) myself since the neutrophils has increased.
I am male 5 7 and 63kg. Maybe because of that, I have to reduced dose due to my small frame. IFN is like chemo, causing tiredness and suck the energy out of your system.
I will check HbsAg when there is a measurement for it. I will let the Dr decide. I would have figured if they have the machine to measure it, they would do it.
