About Black Seed Usage for Cure

For those people who want to use black cumin,

I read in many articles that the black seed becomes effective against powerful resistant viral dieases (such as, HBV) after the usage of at least 6 months.

I think this is totally true, because my HBSAG quantitaty result was very high even in the 5th month of the usage. However, after the  6th month, my qHBSAG level dramatically decreased and finally cleared. So, do not stop eating black seed and be patient (I mean tolerant) if you cannot get the good results in the beginnings.

I want to do an amendment that my qHBSAG level did not dramatically DECREASED in the 6th month. It STARTED DECREASING in the 6th month.

What I know about it , it's better to  grind by teeth  than mixed with something else unless you put it on the Blender bcz it has volatail material which is the effective part of the black seed ,, anyway Tnx SafiSifa

How much do you usually eat black seed a day?

Before I am cured, I eat 2 times a day.
After I am cured I eat one time in a day 1-2 hours before the breakfast within an empty stomach.

My materials are;


Dessert Spoon: An item of cutlery; a spoon, larger than a teaspoon and smaller than a tablespoon, used for eating dessert.

yes, you are right. Grinding by the teeth is better. However, it is not as easy as you think. So I use a grinder machine.

I am not sure that if my dosage is same as the research. Mine was 2 times full of one dessert spoon in a day. One spoon before the breakfast and one spoon before going to sleep.

Oil is better for the skin. For capsule, I am against since we are not sure that what the capsule includes.

Use it in a natural form like me.

curcumin of course, many articles and i experienced that myself although mixed with many supplements and drugs

back seed, only the study posted about hcv, nothing on fibrosis

I think Not Just blackseed but also honey is known for it benefit .for me I start use it around 20 october my next analysis will be next month.i am not yet on treatment.but I think even I will take treatment I will continue take it because I is like vitamins and it is an immune booster

It's well known for Black Seeds to have a very powerful effect on our health in general if we use it reguraly and for a longer period of time.

My mom is using it too and it appears now she is immune to hep b although she still have it in blood ( 912 units ) but 5 different doctors told me it is very good that her immuny system created a shield to block spreading the viruse and/or to supress it more.

Black seed oil grinder as you said, SafiSifa, but she's mixing it with Manuka Honey from New Zealand, well known medicine honey.
