Upper left abdominal discomfort

I was diagnosed with chronic hep b two months ago. The Doctor said I am inactive carrier. But for the past three weeks I have been having some discomfort in my upper left abdominal discomfort. not too pleasant. It is as if another object has been pushed into that area. Can somebody help me with some explanation. I will be seeing the doctor in a months time.

Hello Cajim, This is Kay2gee if you remember me. I was diagnose of Chronic hepatitis b recently. Lately i have been experience this left upper abdominal discomfort. can you please give me some explanation if possible. Ihave an appointment with my doctor next two weeks. Thanks

--I agree with zellyf that your pain in left upper abdominal area may not be due to Hep B because the liver is on the right side.

It is best to ask your doc in two weeks.

Best.

I'm not sure, could be digestive in nature.  Your liver is on the right.
