My husband is detected with HBSag positive and has a HBV VIRAL LOAD of 575000 < 3.8 IU/ml. Please tell me in what stage he is. Is it curable? If so how many years of treatment he has to take. Please give a reply.

Test for hbsag quanti , if its low ie less than 2000ui/ml , he can try interféron or peg for 12 months and can clear the virus .
