To stef 2011 please guide me

Hey stef i read this forum and posted aquestion that I didn't find any answer for...
My thread was please help me I'm lost and that is what included :I had unprotected sex in 28/12/2015 and in 6/2/2016 i discovered I'm hiv positive.
My dr ran stds tests and one of them was for hepatitis B.
He made hepatitis B sAg qualitative test which came back negative.
Then in 16/2/2016 i took truvada plus sustiva as treatment for hiv.
Now when I searched for hepatitis B testing i found that it involves many tests.
This month i made acomplete hepatitis B panel test which came back as follows:
Hepatitis B sAg 0.2 negative (normal 0-2)
Hepatitis B sAg quantitative less than 20(reference Range negative if less than 20)
Anti hbc iGM negative (reference range negative)
Anti hbc iGG negative (reference range negative)
Hepatitis B e antigen negative (reference range negative)
Anti hepatitis B e AB negative (reference range negative)
Anti hbs less than 3.1miu/ml(reference range 0-9.9) and in another lab 5 miu/ml!!!!!
What is concerning me alot is 3.1 or 5 miu/ml?
Where did this percent came from if I'm negative?
Also we don't have here in my country the very sensitive test of hbsag quantitative which measure from 0.05_250iu/ml
Also it seems that all test i have done to be qualitative tests because no numbers were written beside reference range as i see here with your results.
The main problem also is i took truvada as apart of my hiv treatment so if i decided to make hepatitis B pcr quantitative test maybe it becomes undetectable because of the seven months of truvada(i knew that truvada treat hepatitis B virus)
What can I do to know if I'm infected or not?
Is there any test i can do to know?
Please help me I'm hopeless because of anti hbs antibody of 3.1 or 5 miu/ml
I didn't remember i take any vaccine... From where did this result come from?
Advise me please what can I do to know if I'm infected or not... My dr seems to be not caring

And now i made quantitative hbv DNA by real time pcr which gives aresult of less than 20(Lower limit of detection is less than 20)
Maybe it's undetectable because of truvada use for seven months?
I'm really confused

Hi Klamba,
Could it also be that you are negtiive for hbv dna? Just like the other hepatitis b indicators are negative in your case? I think you are worrying unnecessarily about hepatitis b, when you don't have it. Please try to forget about hbv and focus on your hiv infection by trying to keep a healthy life style.
I hope the other more knowleageable commenters like Stef would give you their advice.

Do i have atrace of sAg 0.2?
I don't understand also this no.

Hi Klamba, all hepatitis b infection indicators are negative in your case as you stated. The presence of anti-hbs antibodies  could be the result of previous vaccination against hepatitis b. Or it could also be the result of a naturally resolved hbv infection. Therefore, there is no reason for you to worry about  hepatitis b infection. You may take a boosting hbv vaccination to strenghten your defense against future hbv infection, since you are hiv positive.
