Healthcare for Hepatitis B Patients Who Want to Move to France

I am a EU national living and working in a non-EU country. I have citizenship of both countries. The healthcare system of the non-EU country I work in covers my health and anti-viral drug expenses.

Because the EU country of which I have citizenship does not give medical cards for the citizens who does not reside there permanently, I have no medical card and so no EHIC either.

Now, I am planning to move France because my wife (non-EU national) is a PhD student in France and she has a residence permit.

When moving to France from here, I will inevitably quit my job and loss my healthcare rights. On the other side, I cannot get an EHIC from my other country. In this case, how can I continue my anti-viral treatment?

Shortly, the question is that: How can a EU-national (chronic Hepatitis B patient) who does not have a European Health Insurance Card benefit from French healthcare system when moving there for joining his/her wife/husband?
