Your case looks very similar to mine.

Whatever the results in Fibro (good or bad), you should start anyway antiviral treatment, as with your elevated ALT, you are in immune clearance phase. Fibro will be useful just to know your baseline.

You should start with Tenefovir (Entecavir is more expensive and less potent).

Remember to use VitD suppliment (I was stupid to neglect that four years ago). One month ago, I used 100,000 ui one shot, and am now taking 10,000 ui daily.

Vit25hydroxy 12(20-79ng/ml)

the lab is very outdated, vitd25oh normal range is 30-100ng/ml (for few research labs also 150ng/ml is normal).for immune boosting effect values at least around 100ng/ml are needed

Hi there,

You are better off with fibroscan as biopsy is a big procedure.

Definitely you should start taking Vit D3 supplement and start eating healthy for your immune health. Also include supplements such as zinc, selenium, fish oil, extra virgin organic coconut oil and turmeric.

Your body need to be in good shape before you start treatment. Good luck!
