Is there any problem if so how come over

Sir,
I am a Hepatitis B positive I came to know this when i donated blood recently. I too all the lab test as follows;

SGOT/AST    :  17.6 IU/L
SGPT/ALT     :  20.0 IU/L
ALP               : 122.0 IU/L
Bilirubin, Direct : 0.18 mg/dl
Bilirubin, Total    : 0.59 mg/dl
Bilirubin, Indirect   : 0.41 mr/dl
HBeAg  :  0.01  non reactive  A1
Anti HBe or HBeAb   :  0.03 non reactive  COV
Kindly tell me the situation my health status. if there any problem? if so kindly suggest some medicine.  I am more worry about this.
