My Blood test results..what does it say?

Hi,

I got blood results today and I am having chronic HBV.

HBgAg value: 5209
HbeAg negative
HbeAb positive
AST 24
ALT 39
ALP 71
Bilirubin Total 1.25
Bilirubin direct 0.27

What does it tell? Am I an inactive carrier? May I need to take medication?

What else does it tell? Thanks for your info in advance.

In india one of the best doctor is dr shiv kumar sarin and best centre is ilbs delhi and asian institute of gastroenterology hydrabad. You consult there.
They will do the following test
1.hbv dna 2 hbeag 3 fibroscan 4 lft test 5.hbsag quantitative test.
If they will find that hbv virus is damaging your liver then antiviral medicine should start. Otherwise monitoring every six month. Hbv is so common in asia even some country like pak rate is 10% of population. It does not mean all will dye in 10 year. You check your parents hbsag and family members also. Most get from parents
