Can anyone suggest where are these values . Where do I stand ??? What can be the treatment . Urgent response are highly appreciated .

LFT test is actually a set of tests. You need to ask for the value of each component not only "in range"
You have not given us sufficient information. At the least, we need your ALT, HBeAg status and history. qHBsAg and Fibroscan score will also be very useful.
