My company make a chek up for us after that they told me that I have got HBV, I am a male 33 years old
My Abdominal Ultrasoud is normal

HBs Antigen by CMIA : Positive
HBc Antibody,IgM(r DNA) by CMIA : Negative
HBe Antigen (r DNA) by CMIA : Negative

What does that means?, Can I inect another person my wife or any one?, what shall I do next?

no those are the most important.if you visit other countires or europe take a chance to make those tests
hbsag quant, fibroscan and hbvdna Tests are not present in my country Egypt, At any way many thanks, but if there are any other exams or tests it will be kind from you.
it doesn t have a meaning for hbv infection, it doesnt say the infected cells or damage or number of virions
it should be undetactable, but even if it is in the millions it can make svere damage or no damage, so this test alone doesn t say much
the best test is hbsag quant that reflects number of infected cells, hbsag quant, fibroscan and hbvdna altogether can tell you if there is damage, what phase of infection and which is the best drug if needed.single tests have almost no meaning in terms of infection
hbvdna is used to monitor response to antivirals to avoid mutations of the virus, when undetactable there is no liver damage but infection goes on anyway
when hbsag is undetactable there is no infection, hbv is under immune control or definitely cleared

it means you have cronic hbv and you can infect other people, make sure your family or close persons get checked for hbv and make vaccine if not infected or immune
you should check your liver damage by a fibroscan to know if you need treatment, if there is no damage you can wait for better drugs since the virus looks like doing little damage but only fibroscan can tell for sure, any value higher than 7-8kpa require treatment
check also if you have hbsg quantity by architect available in your conutry, if hbsag is lower than 1500iu/ml or even lower than 500iu/ml the virus is inactive and you have some immune control so no treatment would be needed
in the meantime if you have no liver damage you might try off label simvastatin and see if it lowers hbvdna and hbsag.latest studies report antiviral effect of statins to lower virus quantity (not to clear), the effect of this statin lowers cholesterol availability for virus to make antigens and infect new cells just like interferon does
