How do I interpret some of the common hepatitis B panel results
Test             Result               Interpretation                Vaccinate?     1.HBsAg    negative
anti-HBc    negative            susceptible            vaccinate if indicated
anti-HBs   negative

2.HBsAg     negative           immune
anti-HBc    negative     due to vaccination         no vaccination necessary
  anti-HBs    positive with >10mIU/mL*

3.HBsAg    negative            immune
anti-HBc   positive      due to natural infection   no vaccination necessary
  anti-HBs   positive

4.HBsAg      positive         acutely infected        no vaccination necessary
anti-HBc       positive
IgM anti-HBc positive
anti-HBs       negative

5.HBsAg      positive       chronically infected    no vaccination necessary
anti-HBc       positive                                          (may need treatment)
IgM anti-HBc negative
anti-HBs       negative

6.HBsAg      negative      four interpretations         use clinical judgment
anti-HBc      positive          possible†
anti-HBs      negative

* Postvaccination testing, when it is recommended, should be performed 1-2 months after the last dose of vaccine. Infants born to HBsAg-positive mothers should be tested for HBsAg and anti-HBs after completion of at least 3 doses of a licensed hepatitis B vaccination series, at age 9-18 months (generally at the next well child visit).
†1. May be recovering from acute HBV infection
2. May be distantly immune, but the test may not be sensitive enough to detect a very low level of anti-HBs in serum
3. May be susceptible with a false positive anti-HBc
4. May be chronically infected and have an undetectable level of HBsAg present in the serum

I want to help you but I can't read your hepatitis profile because you didn't post the result of it. You didn't post whether it is  non reactive or reactive you only put the  cut off value.
