i was detected with Hepatitis B with fatty liver Grade 1 in Feb 2012 with following results- hbeag ,CMIA    7.20
anti hbe ,cmia  1.64
hbvdna 71 iu/ml
Igm,CMIA         0.03
Anti Hbc total ,CMIA    9.85
sgpt 63 U/l
SGOT 41 U/l . Doctor had advised me that I dont need medicines right now.

Now again I got my SGPT tested and it has shot to 103. I am afraid that has the virus started effecting my liver? as 3 months back my sgpt was close to 65. last week , I had a diet full of fat . Can it be also a reason for this? I dont take alcohol.

Secondly, I wanted to knw that many websites claim that vaccination to your partner is  95 % safe. They dont provide 100 % safety. Is it true? Once the antibodies develop. should it cross a min threshold also for your partner? I mean once antibodies develope, is the partner 100% safe or not?please help me in these queries. I will be greatful.

according to your reports although they are not enough details  to detect the exact status but it seems your own immune system is fighting very hard against the viral infection probably you may clear the virus and beat the infection...keep updating......you must avoid fats and make a habit of exercise.

a healthy adult is safe anyway vaccine or not but to avoid illness better be vaccinted

thanx a lot for such a fast reply. So u  mean to say that the  partner is completely safe after vaccine and immunity developed? should antibodies be also beyond 10 IU/ml? as i have read somewhere

those testsare useless to define hbv infection status, check fibroscan, hbsag quantity in iu/ml by roches elycsys or abbott architect

hbv is always cleared by adults with no damage, only 4% with compromised immune systems dont clear.hbv vaccine is as safe as other vaccines just check ingredients preservatives (no mercury and simialr)
