Slightly lower HbsAg (q) - please help

Hello everybody and thank you very much for your accurate and helpful activity here!
It took me some time to have the courage to write here but I have more confidence in some of you than in many doctors I’ve seen these days.
Long story short:
I discover I’m a HVB chronic carrier in April 2012 :

AgHbs – positive
AgHbe-negative
AcHbe (total)– positive
AcHbc (total) – positive
HBV DNA(limit <20UI/ml) – 7449 UI/ml
TGP(<55U/L): 41
TGO(<34U/L):32
Cholesterol total(35):65
LDL(<130):79

Fibromax: F0/A1/S0/N0/H0
Abdominal ultrasound: normal.

Nobody had told me about HbsAg(quantitative) or about the importance of Vit D level at that time.

Since with these results I didn’t qualify for any treatment in Romania (at least that’s why I’ve been told by my doctors), I started looking on my own for alternative ways to get rid of the virus. I know you’re not fans of alternative medicines so I will not write down any brands (unless you want me to).

At the end of June 2012, after I took an Ayurvedic medicine (30days only):
HBV DNA(limit <20UI/ml) – 20 UI/ml
TGP(<55U/L): 35
TGO(<34/L):25
AgHbs Quantitative(<0,05): 5769.7 kUI/L (chemiluminescence quant kit 1*)-just found out from you about this.

Starting from July 2012 till September 2012 (12 w), I've been taking a TCM combo:
HBV DNA(limit <20UI/ml) – 168 UI/ml
TGP(<55U/L): 30
TGO(<34/L):33
Cholesterol total(35):56
LDL(<130):126
AgHbs Quantitative(<0,05): 4314.83 kUI/L (chemiluminescence quant kit 1*)
25-OH Vitamin D(30-100ng/ml): 23.4 -just found out from you about this.

I’ll see my doctor next week, but I doubt she will be very helpful.
I know you’re all busy, but maybe you could answer my below questions:

1. I think the combo helped with lowering HbsAg. Am I wrong? Is it normat for HbsAg to fluctuate?
2. Should I continue with this TCM combo and perhaps add the ayurvedic medicine to lower again the HBV DNA?
3. How much Vitamin D should I take and when should I check it again (it’s pretty expensive)?

Hope I didn’t miss anything and thank you in advance.

Thank you very much! I'll get back to you after the fibroscan.

no just fibroscan and hbsag quantity with these two we can predict chances to clear/need of medication

Thank you. Is there anything else I could do, considering my above tests?

Fibromax: F0/A1/S0/N0/H0

this is not reliable, cirrhosis can have all normal blood tests, do not waste money on this use only fibroscan monitoring

please ignore "(limit35)" - there's an error from the site. Sorry..

both hbvdna,ast/alt and hbsag flactuate normally from high to medium to und off therapy, of all these tests a continuous hbsag decline is the most useful but constant

as to hbsag numbers if genotype D a value below 1000-1500iu/ml usually indicates immune control.

There's a typo in my cholesterol results that I cannot correct. I'll try to write it differently :
april 2012
cholesterol total was  157 (limit35)
and LDH was 79 (limit<130)

september 2012
cholesterol total was  203 (limit35)
and LDH was 126 (limit<130)
