Sport and HBV

@stef2011 say "moderate sport increase interferon production, but intense sport lowers int and immune response.
it was found about 40-45min per day increases interferon"

What means moderate sports ? How we define this moderate ?
how it is 1h playing football (socker) moderate or is to much ?
how about 1h swimming ?
or 6h skiing (snowboarding) ?
or 2h playing tennis ?
or 1h body building ?

moderate it depend on the people or not ? how can we establish for us when is enough ?

Thanks for links!

At the first look it seams that moderate is the word for sport.

I have to study this in more details regarding the sports that I want to do :) and if I found something interesting i will update this thread.

it was ok for me 40min tredmill

also gcmaf.eu reported that cancer patients wh o had best results made 40min excericse daily and increased vit d3>40ng/ml

swimming was ok 3 times a week, 1hr, but i stopped swiming in june, too complicated and long times while tredmill is perfect

Treadmill and maybe some other small stuff (2 days / week) will be just fine for me and maybe swimming (2 days / week).

A special interest I have for skiing to see how much is enough :)
