Stop or Continue Treament with this result

I have tested with HBV on 30 Jan 2009 :
GGT : 80
ASAT (TGO) : 288
ALAT (TGP) : 373
HBV Qand : 4 300 000 copies/ml
Fibro Test : F0-F1 (score: 0.23)
ActiTest : A3 (Score: 0.92)

Anti HBS : Negatif
Antigen HBe : positif
Ac anti-HBe : Negatif
Ac-HBc : Positif
AgHbs : positif


My second test after 3 months treatment with Entecavir 0.5 mg on 6 June 2009
GGT :  46 UI/L
ASAT : 27 UI/L
ALAT : 31 UI/L
HBV DNA : Negative

My third test on 23 September 2009
GGT : 41 UI/L
ASAT : 30 UI/L
ALAT : 25 UI/L
Antigen HBe :
  COI : 1.53; Seuil de positive >=1
  Method Roche Cobas Eclia

Anticorps Anti-HBe
   COI : 0.798; Seuil de positive <=1
   Method ROCHE Cobas ECLIA
  
   CO = 0.400
   Methode MEIA Axym ABBOTT

and my 4th test recently conducted on 27 december 2009
GGT : 30
ASAT  :24
ALTA : 20
HBV-ADN : Negatif (lower limit 200 copies/ml)
Recherche de l' Antigene HBe : Reation Positif  (2.20)
Recherche de l' Anticorps anti-HBe : Reaction negatif (1.20)

As my doctor is not available, i would like to ask a question here whether i should continue or stop my treatment as the virus load is  undetectable for more than 6 months?

i would check with several doctors before making such a choice, when you stop relapse is in a very high percentage and you might develop resistance plus your hbvdna was very high.if you stop you must monitor hbsag quantity and hbvdna very closely

hbe ab give a stop to the virus sometimes but when you get it by antivirals and not naturaly it is not the same thing
