also start hepatitistechnologies products as soon as possible if you can afford

lower your cholesterol to total chol<150mg/dl, ldl50mg/dl, you can use both simvastatin or red yeast rice with standardized monacolin content about 6mg.

check alt/ast and creatinine monthlyduring therapy

take vitamin d3 supplements to reach vitamin d serum 25oh 50ng/ml minimum (optimum range 50-80ng/ml)

make excercise 40min a day, bmi must be lower than 24 and weist less than 94men 80 women

check serum sugars

all this is a must to regress liver damage, weaken hbv virus, prevent liver cancer.antiviral alone or hepatitistechnologies products alone are not enough, the combo all all the things i posted can regress liver damage very fast

since you are in india monitor:
hbsag quantity by abbott architect
hbvdna pcr
liver damage by fibroscan every 6 months (you should have avoided biopsy, it just makes liver damage and can miss cirrhosis giving false results, i suggest recheck by fibroscan to see if it is cirrhosis)

check posts from other members to find which hospitals in india have hbsag quant and fibroscan

It was mentioned in another previous post that (Fibroguard) may prevent the role or Entecafir(Barcalauid) ..

Is that applicable for Tenonivir(viread)?

no fibroguard is ok with all antivirals, it is not known if it can lower response with interferon because it lowers inflammation and inflammation is necessary for immune system
fibroguard is the main product that heals damaged liver because it lowers inflammation and regress fibrosis

since we dont know it is good not to use it with interferon and alinia.
