what is the most accurate among the three methods of screening HBsAg CMIA, HBsAg ECLIA, HBsAg EIA. because i had all these tests and i spend a lot of money just to find out what is the real status of my health and it really bothers me.
thanks, maybe thats the reason why im taking a lot of risk in applying abroad but then after awhile my medical result will only be screw and all just a waste of money
As far as i understand it is more important it is more important if there is manual or automatik delusion

it doesn t matter method only but the machine used because old types obsolete machines cannot detect all types of hbsag
the most updated and safest machines are:
abbott architect
roches elycsys
siemens, i dont remember the full name of this
the most used is the architect and both abbott and roches can make quantitative, siemens cannot but maybe they updated the machine today
