acute or chronic

How anyone could know whether he/she is suffering form acute or chronic Hep B. My report says Anti HBC(IgM) is non reactive(2.071)PEIU/ml Anti HBe-Envelop antibody reactive(0.019) and HBe Ag envelop antigen Non reactive(0.029). Viral load test 7104 IU/ml(37367 DNA copies/ml). Please help.

my HBC IgM is non reactive that means I am chronic patient

chronic from birth because hbcab igm is negative, adults clear hbv by immune system 98% cases, chronic is only infected at birth
