today i have my first fibrosis test and it shows 6.3 kpa, i have read its not with in normal range. i am not happy with my result.tomorrow will have LFT, i am worried i will have bad result again!!
What is the advantage of Nuc's on fibrosis, will it regress it? Had F2-F3 fibrosis stage a year ago?
If you delay it you might be dying 2 years from now, you must start with treatment now.
If fubroscan confirmed that you are f3 you must start immediately with either entecavir or tenofovir. Can't delay it.
Fibroscan doesn t measure by f3, those scores for biopsy are not good to translate into fibroscan result, kpa value give more info
