fibroscan
today i have my first fibrosis test and it shows 6.3 kpa, i have read its not with in normal range. i am not happy with my result.tomorrow will have LFT, i am worried i will have bad result again!!
I have a high fibroscan value as well and I am trying to lower it down and avoid nucs, any advice would help at this point

what should i do to normalize my vitamin D if im deficient ? can i do it with Sun exposure. here always its sunny and some times very hot.
no sick persons have no vitamin d because it is blocked by pathogens and probably inflammation, impossible to get it from sun unless healthy and exposing a lot

last time i have checked vitamin D mono supplement is not available. one time i saw combo with Calcium syrup, when i asked vitD mono they give me a weird looking they say this country needs no vitamin D bcoz they got thru Sun exposure.
