Pls interpret also my alt and ast result. Do I have liver damage? Tanx im worried
You have chronic HBV infection. Even there is no test to check how long you have it being hbe negative/ anti hbe positive usually means you have it for decades already. To better understand what is going on check hbsag in quantity, HBV DNA (viral load) and do fibroscan along with ultrasound.
