i think i will move to a facebook group the way medhelp changed format could kill it, the worst format i ve ever seen, looks like a confused blog

if wasn't for the members here i was long gone by now. Everyone stated to remain onto the old format which worked best for us, but didn't matter , you changed it anyway .I don't like your marketing strategies and i think that for the long run it's a mistake to not listen to your own members,

I noticed a change couple weeks ago.  I thought it was a mobile site, and the current format was the pc site.  I am on this forum 99 % from my phone.  I see the dates were from October of last year.  So, is this the preferred format people perfer, I didn't mind the format in December either.  But either or, this forum is very useful and relieves my hbv stress.

sorry but its too bad to suggest improvement, from my point of view it s unusable.only option to implement: keep possibility to go to the old format
a thought to my mind: this format is so bad that i can only think of this format choice to voluntarily kill the website

Medhelp realised the old look of the website was way outdated, so they hired someone to create a new one. The new design looks prettier at the first sight...but it is total waste from the side of the usability which is much more important then being "prettier".
I am also considering leaving the website...or even creating myself Hepatitis B forum online...

The way the forum appears to a reader Seems to be location dependent. I tried a TOR browser that can switch my 'perceived' IP address. Certain IP addresses allow me to aee the old format, while a few IP addresses presents the new medfor format.

You may want to try that or use a vpn services.

I agree. now i am obliged to use m'y computer instead of m'y mobile to see your comments and posts. and m'y computer generally is used once a week or 15 days when I need it in longer readings.
