i think i will move to a facebook group the way medhelp changed format could kill it, the worst format i ve ever seen, looks like a confused blog

Somehow, I still have the old format. I do not get the new format using Firefox. However, with Chrome I get the new format. I'm perplexed as to why one would be different from the other.

Yes, the new format is gruesome . it is very confusing and looks very cheap . The old format was just fine, i don't know why they chose this horible theme . but as lukyman sais, i still see the old theme on my laptop, while on desktop it's the new one . Let us know Stef if you will leave, where will you go, we will come for sure

This is the first time when i see a forum where you cannot see who initiated a post from the main page, Your Design guy should be fired .This is the worst failure ever, really seems like a joke to me , hope that's what it's all about

got to firefox and its the old theme for me too.

i think the best option for this new format is an option to go back to the old one

this community is not like emails on gmail, we post many studies or scientific descriptions about hbv/immune pathways from studyforhope and others and this is very mind consuming, a clear format helps focus on the subjects

I agree. now i am obliged to use m'y computer instead of m'y mobile to see your comments and posts. and m'y computer generally is used once a week or 15 days when I need it in longer readings.

The way the forum appears to a reader Seems to be location dependent. I tried a TOR browser that can switch my 'perceived' IP address. Certain IP addresses allow me to aee the old format, while a few IP addresses presents the new medfor format.

You may want to try that or use a vpn services.

Medhelp realised the old look of the website was way outdated, so they hired someone to create a new one. The new design looks prettier at the first sight...but it is total waste from the side of the usability which is much more important then being "prettier".
I am also considering leaving the website...or even creating myself Hepatitis B forum online...

We have already discussed other member feedback with our developers, and some changes will be made, but it will take some time, and I don't have a lot of specifics. Names of those who posted should be included, though.

sorry but its too bad to suggest improvement, from my point of view it s unusable.only option to implement: keep possibility to go to the old format
a thought to my mind: this format is so bad that i can only think of this format choice to voluntarily kill the website
