However, irrespective if inactive carrier or not, both requires regular monitoring for possible liver damage or hepatocellular carcinoma.

It means you dont have or never been infected with hepatitis A, you can asked for Hepatitis A vaccine, its recommended.

The other test shows you may either have chronic hepatitis or you are inactive carrier which can only determine if your HVB DNA is und.

In acute hepatitis B,those liver enzyme may be used to determine the degree of liver damage as they significantly high in value, however in chronic case, it very different coz liver damage can occur even at normal SGPT and SGOT. Do you have any symptom?

Thats why Ultra Sound and Fibroscan are very important to determine if there is presence of fatty liver, gallstone, HCC, cirrhosis, fibrosis, etc.

Another test is HBeAg, which will determine if your virus is replicating or not, and basically drug may not be recommended if you get negative result.

Please consult a gastroenterologist or Hepatologist to get tested and diagnosed properly.

Though, always keep in mind the value of nutritional medication even in anti viral or not for strong immune system that will lessen the effect of the virus.

Wheat grass is a good food supplement, it cleanse blood and detoxify the liver but i think i wont clear the virus. Guyabano has anti cancer property, i dont know its effect on HBV, but any fruit and raw organic vegetables are good for us. Just like what im doing, i dont have money for antiviral treatment so i just keep a healthy diet and lifestyle + herbal supplement coz thats what can i afford, and so the virus can do less or no damage to my liver.

You have chronic HVB since you have it for 8 years already, Whats your HBeAg, SGPT, HBV DNA result? It is very important references so some people in this forum can advise you for taking anti viral. That the only cure but quite expensive. If you have enough money you can try your luck coz it has low rate of total cure, but high success in suppressing virus. Just my opinion.
