pls help me explain my results

I was diagnosed with hepatitis b last year when I got pregnant with my first child. Luckily my husband was already vaccinated for hepatitis and I began taking lavimudine during my sixth month of pregnancy because the doctor said I had high level chronic hepatitis b. These are my last two results but I can't seem to understand it. Please help.

Your LFT is very good.

So maybe you are just acute. How do you think you got HBV in the first place?

This is becoming really scary. I stay in France and the doctor is highly respected in my town. I don't know what to do now. Am I supposed to just change the drug myself without a prescription and how do I go about this now. I'm so unhappy with this news.

lamivudine is out of guidelines and it is even proposed to be banned for hbv worldwide.it makes very dangerous virus muations some of them uncurable

DO NOT TAKE THAT HBV IS MUCH BETTER

the only drug to take on pregnancy is tenofovir

Just got back from the doctors. He said he placed me on lamivudine because I'm still breastfeeding and its the safest drug for both mother and child.  He placed me on two months medication and my next appointment is in June when he change the medication.

You did not post those tests you should do them in a lab and post here.
Hbv is normally symptomless and the pain could be a gall bladder. You need to do ultrasound and fibroscan if you did not do it yet.

Also since your blood test states fatty (quite unusual statement) but I presume that you may need to look into your diet and avoid junk food, tobaco and alcohol.

Thanks Romeo. The test format is ABBOTT , so please help me identify which is hpeag and hpsag. I'm also feeling some pains at my right side. Is it a reaction from the treatment as it started recently and this is my sixth month of treatment.

Your viremia  level is still high but you seem to respond to the treatment, however not as fast as your doctor may want you to. The drug that you take is a bit old so you may want to change it to entecavir or tenofovir that are newer and safer drugs, but you cannot just stop one and start taking another, switching is a special procedure and you need to discuss it with your doctor. Also you should monitor your hbeag status and hbsag quantity in iu/ml to understent if your tretment is working.
