12 Down 12 to Go

I have reached the 1/2 point in my treatment.  I have not lost any hair yet, skin a little dry and cough not as bad as it was. I will get a 12 wk vl PCR on the 19th of May and hope I'm still UD. I do have a problem sleeping and I'm not on AD'S or any sleeping Meds,I just don't want to take them, any home remidies for better sleep?

Congrats on the UD.  It's interesting to read how everyone's sx vary so much and what might work for one, may do nothing for another.  I'm only on week 3/48 and have been able to maintain a decent exercise regimene.

If I don't take a nap after work and manage to get some good exercise/fresh air, I'm out after a few minutes of the head hitting the pillow.  Only coffee in the morning.  I'm not saying I'm having no sx, but they aren't as bad as I anticipated - so far at least.

What time do you take your second dose of riba and how much do you take each time. Taking the evening dose earlier may help.

I use valerian root when I cannot sleep and no drug hangover feeling the next day. You can get them in any health store or most drugstores in the vitamin/herb section. I cannot take sleeping aids so have been using these off and on for years with no issues. And they were approved for use during the trial that I am in.
